ServSIG History
ServSIG is the biannual service conference of AMA (American Marketing Association).
In 2024, we celebrate 25 years of ServSIG conferences, as the 13th conference takes place in Bordeaux, France. Throughout the years, the conference has travelled around the world, bringing together academics and practitioners with an interest in service marketing.
